52MONOCHROME--feature revisited

I just wrote a Flickr Testimonial for Warner Smith (aka The Photography Smith) and decided to post this feature article again. As I say in the Testimonial, Warner is one of the truly articulate critics of imaging art. He regularly updates his blog with well written and insightful articles...........which I'd recommend to anyone who likes a good read about beautiful images. Here's the original feature from March 10, 2010, with an updated sequence of images that have been blogged here and in his blog.

The artist behind this image has a blog called 52MONOCHROME. It is a well constructed and thought out site with 2 regular weekly posts with commentary--one of his own images plus a Feature that usually discusses an image by someone eles. Images we have both blogged appear below his fine B&W image "Dead Man's Hand," and can be found using the Label Category:
c31. 52MONOCHROME

52MONOCHROME just published a feature article devoted entirely to Flickr Walkabout. I may not be entirely unbiased--but still, why not give it a look?
